With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

"This is a stylish and functional garment. If it's very cold (<10C) you will probably need a base layer and a jacket too but for 15 to 18C, it's a stylish top for going out and I'm always tempted to just wear it around the house because it's very comfy. Lastly, it's merino so it has all the good stuff you know already."
