"Loving the jacket; it fits perfectly, and it's super warm. Re: your customer service - not so good. I messaged your customer service team 1 minute after my purchase. I chose the wrong size, and I wanted to change the size before you sent it to me. I received a reply days later, telling me to go to the shop and change it myself. Something relatively easy to do, but made it difficult for an online customer."
