Questions & Answers
Does the mustard yellow jacket get dirty easily? How easy is it to wipe dirt off with damp cloth?
Asked by: Zee22
This yellow colour will be one that could get dirty easily just because of the light colour. This does completely depend on your use of the jacket. The good this is that down jackets are pretty easy to wash! You could definitely use a damp cloth to get rid of excess dirt or you can wash the jacket in your washing machine using a down wash with no enzymes and then using dryer balls or clean tennis balls in the dryer to fluff up the jacket nicely. For more information on how to care for your down jacket, please refer to our Help Centre and then under 'Product Information' you will see 'Product Care'. Would you recommend adding a waterproofing spray coat to make it more resistant to water ? If yes, any waterproofing spray or one for a special material ?
Asked by: AlexAlex
This product already has a DWR coating applied, which is what most waterproofing sprays contain. Applying a spray would most likely not help much, as the seams are not sealed on this garment which is where most water will soak through.

Could you advise the best way to wash a Epiq Men's 600 Fill Hooded Down Jacket
Asked by: Mhutch
Yes sure thing! Follow the below steps for the best care:
1. Machine-wash your down jacket on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees °C.
2. Carefully remove your down jacket and lay flat to dry on a clothing rack.
3. Put it in the tumble drier on a low heat.
4. Throw in two to three tennis balls, or Granger’s drying balls.
5. Gently fluff up the down jacket.
The most important part with washing a down jacket is the drying part. Please follow the link below for the full set of washing, drying and tips for your down jacket care.

Took this jacket down to the Snowy Mountains for some late season hiking in October 2020. Keeps you super warm on those peaks and is light weight enough and packs away into its own bag when you no longer need it. Great for above the snowline or in high winds.

Poor QualityI bought this 3 months ago and at the beginning I thought it’s common but then the feathers started to come out every now and then and there’s this bad smell inside the jacket like an egg smell which is not good at all.
